I'm glad I've been using AC Delco filters! May try Motorcraft or Purolator after reading the info though. Recommend you all read this ASAP! http://www.frankhunt.com/FRANK/corvette/articles/oilfilterstudy/oilfilterstudy.html

A couple of years back on the dyno we were having a problem maintaing good oil pressure. This was with a Moroso racing oil filter. Put on an AC Delco filter and that problem went away. Plus the AC filter made 8hp more according to the dyno.

I assumed all Moroso parts were the best! I know one thing - I will NEVER use a Fram filter again!
Mark--
Check out this new Delco filter
We're thinking of trying it out this year

Hey Higgy....
I'm know that you could get some Purolator filters through Imported Domestic Car Parts Warehouse in Burlington. Plus the owner, Keith Gibbons, is a regular racer at NED, and an all around nice guy!
Give him a call at (800) 462-1741 or go online at http://www.idcparts.com/
Later!

Fram Oil Filters ( NO MORE )
Two weeks before the end of the season I channged my Oil and
Filter( FRAM) When I started up the engine and had only 55lbs.
of pressure. I thought it was because the weather was cold.
When the engine warmed up it didn't get better.
I immediately changed the filter to WIX and had 100lbs.
So much for John Force?
