I think that engine diapers should be mandatory. They can save your life or someone elses. and they save on a lot of clean up time. Just something for everyone to think about getting!

NHRA/IHRA rules committes really take a look into this. I agrree that diapers should be mandatory. I'm not concerned withthe clean-up time. It's the safety that is of utmost importance.

NED has had two guys spin and crash in their own oil so far this year? Got my diaper for about $360. Imagine what this investment could have saved these guys.

I have a couple of buddy's that have diapers that are laying around in the garage somewhere. You know who you are. Please put them on.

Don't wait for it become a rule. Get your diaper today!

I agree 100%. I was just talking to Tim @ Tim's speed about it today. he called Stroud to tryand get a dealer thing. They will only give him 10 or 15% if he buys a couple of thousand dollars worth of stuff. He is willing to pass the discount on to any one interested. He got 4 or 5 people to order one today.
I saw John Russo cut a oil pan in half last year at LVD. Not a drop on the track or the car. Sold me. Every one should run one whether its a rule or not. Call Tim if you want one. 603-883-2700. Or your favorite dealer.

When I was working NHRA Pro Stock I had never seen or heard of an engine diaper. There were alot of engine problems that would have been limited to just that if a diaper was mandatory. I remember Mike Edwards broke a rod and also ripped the wheelie bars off the car spinning around in his own oil.If it had happened in high instead of third he might have really hurt the car. Since going to IHRA prostock where engine diapers are mandatory, I have yet to see an engine break and the car crash from spinning in its own oil. Diapers work!!! Steve Cultrera

If you call Carl at Stroud he will fix you up. I like the type that has a rod holding it up on the sides instead of the three strap type. I would think that could be adapted to any combo. If I can help let me know. Probably some of my pals have a ripped discarded diaper that you could trial fit, if you want I will ask around at Shreveport. Let me know--Steve Cultrera

I'm all in favor of diapers....

Our dilemma is it's hard to find one the fits our conventional motor mounts.

The last time I called Stroud they said the best I could do was cut one of thiers that was designed for engine plates.

Anyone have any solutions?
