For the most part, the track speakers were useless. The only way you could be heard was to stand directly infront of the speakers and hope no one was talking loudly. Seriously, the system needs to be checked as I know you take pride in providing
information on the racers and on whats happening. BTW, I had my hearing checked, so it's not me. Believe it or not, there are times, like When the Red Range car crashed, that we actually want to hear what you're saying;)

Hey Mike,

I believe (more like hope and pray) that they new sound system will be operational for the Spring Classic this weekend.
To say that they current system is "cowboyed" together would be an insult to the cowboys. It's served it's time and it is getting replaced with a brand new 1/2 million dollar system engineered by Bose. There are something like 70 new speakers going in..gonna be awesome. I just hope it is done soon.
